The full details of the whole surgery saga was leaked to the press by
her friend Aisha who recently had a public brawl with the Angelina Jolie
wannabe .According to how the story goes , The singer 'Gina' popularly known for her song "Tele e" traveled to Spain sometime last year, and paid a whooping Sum of $80,000 for the Lips Cosmetic Surgery and $5,000 for "After Surgery" maintenance & healing drugs.
Undisclosed sources also confirmed that days before the Pop-Star's surgery she(the Pop-Star) kept on bragging about becoming the "African Jolie" but most of her friends never understood what she meant , because she had little or no interest for acting .
