Primate Elijah Ayodele Seeks Presidential Attention…Attacks Pastor Oritsejafor

Click for Full Image SizeThe popular seer and self acclaimed man of God, Primate Elijah Ayodele, is a known name in Nigeria. He gained relevance through his numerous predictions with a vast majority of such predictions coming to pass.

But recently, the man behind the Inri Foundation, a humanitarian organization poised to take care of the needs of those in need, has lampooned the governance of the apex Christian body, Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN led by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor. In his predictions for this season, he said Oritsejafor lacks style as CAN leader.

Hear him, “CAN has not been playing its role as an umbrella Christian body. The leadership of CAN has turned the body to a kind of political party through which they play politics and solicit from government. The current leadership of CAN lacks vision, they lack Focus.”

You may wonder why all these is coming from the seer, there are rumors that, ever since Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor became the president of CAN, the Inri Evangelical Alaseyori Church leader, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has been clamouring hard to be part of his team so as to gain access and be closer to the presidency in Aso Rock.

Though, in a recent interview, he said he had no personal issue with Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, neither is he being vindictive, however, the handwritings on the wall is glaringly visible for all to see that Primate Ayodele does not like to have Pastor Oritsejafor at the helms of affairs of the unifying Christian body of CAN.

“I have no personal grudges against him but I don’t know how we can divorce Oritsejafor from CAN being the national leader. My grouse with the man is because he has turned CAN into an organization that speaks for the government….what has CAN under Oritsejafor done to allay the fears of Nigerian Christians of the Boko Haram’s threats and attacks? May be he doesn’t realize that Christians include prophetic men of God, not just flamboyant pastors who fly in 21 years old private jets in the name of ministering to the world. Oritsejafor should just resign and face his private businesses. I believe there is future for CAN after him.”

Meanwhile, there is an issue currently going on between the Primate, his younger brother and some church members who he was said to have excommunicated , as gathered, the imbroglio between him and these people is causing ripples and some closely guarded revelations about Primate Ayodele has been exposed. Keep a date for updates.
